50 Years Ago Sandy Koufax Taught Jonah’s Dad How to Make Bagels (Here’s the Recipe)

Then flip the bagels and rotate the pan, and bake for another 8 minutes or till they are golden brown and look like bagels.
A Note from Arthur: This recipe is exactly what I got from Sandy Koufax, but without the malt powder.
Cut them in half first if you plan to freeze them as you might want to just toast one half.
