When Kerala Tourism reached out to me with their latest campaign on the ‘humanscape’ of Kerala, it immediately reminded me of something I’ve been meaning to write.

I guess I can wax lyrical about inspiring initiatives that promote sustainable tourism in Kerala.
But what really sets it apart from other sustainable tourism projects in Kerala is the focus on locally-sourced plant-based cuisine.
I’m passionate about going off the beaten path, solo travel, sustainable travel and veganism.
